Position Overview: The Marketing/Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for our client groups. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who can manage multiple tasks, from email outreach and social media engagement to writing letters and other creative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email outreach campaigns to engage potential and existing clients.
  • Draft and distribute professional letters and other communication materials to keep our clients informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and innovative.
  • Assist with organizing and attending events, webinars, and other promotional activities to represent Vibrant Brands.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Engage with identified prospects on social media to build relationships and generate interest in Vibrant Brands.
